25 Days of Christmas Cocktails - Vanilla Flirtini with Pomegranate Seeds

Today I hosted a brunch for my Birthday Club Girls, and of course brunch means Mimosas (Yay!).  This means when I begin to think about which cocktail to make tonight, I had to select one made from champagne, since I had a bottle left over from this morning.  From Every Day Occasions, this fun little cocktail is as pretty as it is tasty.  

·      2 cups of Pineapple Juice


·      1/2 cup of Vanilla Vodka


·      2 cups of Champagne or Sparkling Wine


·      Pomegranate Seeds

Stir together Pineapple juice, vodka and champagne.  Shake in ice before serving.  Top with Pomegranate seeds.
