25 Days of Christmas Cockails: Salted Caramel Martini


Here's an easy dessert martini to end a holiday meal or to toast your sweetie in front of the fire.  From 11 Magnolia Lane, makes 1.

  • 1 Part Salted Caramel Vodka
  • 1 Part Caramel Liquor
  • 1 Part Simple Syrup
  • Caramel syrup (Ghirardelli or as you prefer) to taste
    Fill shaker half-full with ice.
    Add Vodka, Caramel Liquor and Simple Syrup to shaker. 
    Pour in caramel syrup to taste, I would start with a tablespoon but adjust as your prefer.
    Shake very well (Until it’s too cold to hold)
    Strain into a prepared, pre-frozen glass. 
    Serve immediately.
Note:  To expedite the process and enhance the recipe, have glasses pre-frozen; when serving, place kosher salt on a plate, wet the rim of glass and dip in the salt to rim the glass.
