Here's an easy dessert martini to end a holiday meal or to toast your sweetie in front of the fire. From 11 Magnolia Lane, makes 1.
- 1 Part Salted Caramel Vodka
- 1 Part Caramel Liquor
- 1 Part Simple Syrup
- Caramel syrup (Ghirardelli or as you prefer) to taste

Fill shaker half-full with ice.
Add Vodka, Caramel Liquor and Simple Syrup to shaker.
Pour in caramel syrup to taste, I would start with a tablespoon but adjust as your prefer.
Shake very well (Until it’s too cold to hold)
Strain into a prepared, pre-frozen glass.
Serve immediately.
